+1: Sounds like a good idea to me.
Well, I know that spam is annoying but I'm not really sure that nofollow is the right option. If every wiki or blog used nofollow it would be impossible for new sites to be discovered by search engines and by visitors. A web without links would be a terrible experience.
At least keep the bots away by either using a captcha (not very good for accessibility) or by using a smarter anti-spam tool.
